The Roadside Deli You Need to Visit on Whidbey Island

When I say don’t miss... I mean do everything you can to add this roadside deli to your itinerary OR make it a point to get back there soon as a local!

Greenbank Pantry & Deli on the surface is a deli + small grocery store. It can be unassuming due to its roadside location, but don’t let it fool you. There is a deli operation in the back that packs a PUNCH!

On the menu, you’ll find Traditional & Italian favorites curated with local ingredients from farms around the island. The semolina rolls, rye bread, and country bread are baked daily in-house. Any sandwich can be made into a salad if you prefer. It’s end-to-end quality from meat selection, cheeses, and attention to preparation.

Limited outdoor seating is available, but is also a great to-go option for a picnic in the area. I took my order to-go and enjoyed it at Holmes Harbor Cellars. ☺️

HOURS:
Pantry: Monday–Saturday, 8AM-6:30PM
Sandwiches: Monday–Saturday, 11AM-6PM

NOTE:
Please be aware it’s a small operation and service for walk-ins can be cut off temporarily depending on call-in order volume.
